There is no doubt that our outer life can cause deep disturbances for our mental, emotional, physical and spiritual health. We get caught up in day-to-day life management – be that families, health, jobs, financial pressures, relationships and so on. The majority of people are conditioned to live in survival mode within a fast-paced lifestyle and rarely have time to disconnect, slow down and ground. Our environment also has a huge impact on our wellbeing, the hustle and bustle of city life brings an even greater stress to life which is why ShivEnergetics is based in rural Andalusia, surrounded by olive trees and Sierra Nevada Mountain. Everyone deserves to give themselves some much needed time-out to ground in nature, listen to the birds, take nature walks, breathe in fresh mountain air, connect with animals, bring life to a halt and prioritize self-care. The Retreat programmes have various Reiki and Meditation classes suitable for every student level.

 

The Retreats are limited to 8 people per programme and will be in rural Granada, Spain and run from April to November. Students fly into Granada or Malaga airport and transport pick up/return will be arranged. Or take a flight/fast train/bus from Madrid to Granada. Transport pick up will be arranged in Granada or Malaga. More details will be given upon confirmation. Accommodation – students will stay in a shared Airbnb Villa in our mountain village. More details will be given upon confirmation.

To confirm your place, accommodation will need to be paid in full and 50% of the training fee to reserve your spot. The remainder of the training fee will need to be paid 2 weeks prior to the course beginning. Prior to the Beginner’s Programme, a questionnaire will need to be completed and a zoom pre-assessment is required. The retreat group programmes require a minimum of 3 persons. If students wish to learn privately 1-1 there is this option. Prices of group and 1-1 classes differ so please contact for further information.

Pre-requisites – The programmes must be done in order; in order to complete Programme 2, a two-month wait is required between Reiki 1 and Reiki 2. Prior to Advance Training, a 6-month wait is required between Reiki 2 and Reiki 3.

PLEASE NOTE:

 

Programme includes full days for training, an additional 2 days will be needed and added for travel and logistics so students need to add travel days to their holiday time off. Details of accommodation and transport arrangements will be given upon confirmation. Retreats will be in Granada, Spain and running from April to November.
